Shipping and Delivery
At this time, SlatherUp ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Additionally, At SlatherUp, we do our very best to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Because high temperatures can affect our Whipped Tallow Body Butter, we now ship orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays. This helps prevent packages from sitting in hot trucks or warehouses over the weekend.
We kindly ask that you keep an eye on your tracking information and retrieve your package from your mailbox as soon as possible after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for products left in hot mailboxes for extended periods. If this happens, the product is still the same amazing Body Butter! Just pop it in the frig to firm it back up. It may not have the whipped quality and will be in a more concentrated form but you can use as-is, or give it a whip to bring it back to its beautiful fluffiness!Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
